AMSTERDAM, 21 JUNE 2012- Rockstart introduces Rockstart Academy, a series of intensive one-day workshops to quickly teach essential startup skills to early stage entrepreneurs. Rockstart Academy works with an international pool of top professionals and it offers entrepreneurs short, energetic sessions to apply the skills they need to successfully run their own business.
Rockstart Academy opens next month with the hands-on "Perfect Pitching" workshop by Beth Susanne, a renown Silicon Valley pitch coach, on July 13 in Amsterdam. Susanne helped entrepreneurs from 34 countries to raise investments op to 1,3 billion EUR. After taking this workshop, the startup entrepreneur will be able to successfully pitch his idea to investors, clients, and partners.

Beth Susanne's methodology offers entrepreneurs theory and practice. Earlier this year, Rockstart and Microsoft BizSpark organized "The Next Web Prep Day", led by Beth Susanne. She helped 13 teams improve their pitch and make it stage-ready for an impressive jury, including Amazon's Werner Vogels and Alexis Ohanian of Reddit. Award-winner Timan Rebel ascribed his success to the pitch workshop of Beth. "Beth touched upon points I had to improve, and she told me the things from my pitch to take out and leave out. This gave a great boost to my pitch. I encourage every entrepreneur to take this unique opportunity and benefit from Beth's expertise."
Rockstart Academy welcomes entrepreneurs from all countries. Starting in July 2012, Rockstart Academy offers a new workshop every month.
